About this Journal

The Journal of Irish and Scottish Studies is an interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed journal which is published twice yearly. Founded in 2006, it focuses on the literature, history and culture of the two countries, as well as of their respective diaspora. The journal promotes both comparative approaches and research in and about the variety of languages in which Irish and Scottish experience is expressed.
